Quality can be difficult to control, particularly when manufacturing facilities are located offshore. GSS mitigate quality issues through engaging our partners on the ground to manage the production process and conduct strict QC checks throughout the order process.
Further to this, GSS has formulated proven procedures and systems to greatly reduce the risk involved, allowing customers to be confident in our ability to produce to their specifications. To GSS, QC does not stop after the first production run, it is an ongoing consideration throughout the entire lifetime of a project. We use third party laboratories for testing as well as in-house equipment in our Brisbane HQ to test samples for an additional level of assurance.

Due to the diversity of our clients’ industries, GSS has extensive experience in undergoing testing processes to obtain certificates and reports by SGS, TUV, Intertek, and more. As part of our due diligence, we also research the available methods of obtaining the required certification to ensure our clients are aware of the most cost-effective option.
